In Casablanca we will stop at Indómita Winery, where will be greeted with a Cheese and Wine. After this, we will enjoy a little appetizer. Continue through the vineyard to see the place where they make one of the best white wines in the world (according to Wine Spectator). After the wine tour, we will have an excellent lunch. ENTRY: Clams in crispy bacon. Delicate combination of roasted garlic, ginger and bacon with clams in butter with parmesan gratin MAIN DISH: Conger fillet and duxell of Wild Mushrooms, conger fillet grilled, crusted wild mushrooms in Mix, served with a delicious bean stew Paillares and Pilco Chilean. DESSERT: Triology Creeme Brulle, classic preparation presented in three formats: Myrtleberry, Lucuma and Dulce de Leche The menu includes a glass of wine or a glass of juice per person, Tea or Coffee. After lunch, we will continue to Valparaiso (mayor port and parliament city) where the amazing and marvelous buried deep houses on the hills will get us surprised by making this city picturesque. We´ll make a sightseeing tour going to Victoria Square, Sotomayor Square, Naval heroes Monument, May 21st Lookout. A walk up to the hills waits for you, one or two elevators can be chosen or a bay tour can be made or maybe we can visit the Nobel prize poet Pablo Neruda´s house called “La Sebastiana” (entrance fees are not included ). Viña del Mar is the next stop. This city is known as the Garden City. Some remarkable places from this beach resort are the flowers clock, the Casino and Reñaca beach where you´ll have time for lunch at your own expense. After lunch, everybody can spend a little spare time on the beach. Lastly before going back trough the coast road to Santiago, we´ll show you the Quinta Vergara. This place is known due the international song festival. The tour finishes at your place.
